- Architected cloud-native systems sustaining thousands of requests per second — flight-operations software streamlining 80%+ of the national carrier's flights
- Built AI products for healthcare and insurance that saved thousands of hours of manual review, pre-filling and summarising content for expert review and sign-off

May 2011 — Oct 2013- Recruited and led a team of 5, building a SaaS platform that processed tens of millions of dollars across thousands of events
- As a board member, steered the company off a failing rapid-app-generation model onto a true SaaS model — event content + ticketing
- Ran all corporate hospitality ticketing for the Australian Rugby Union and booth sales for Good Food Month
- Engineered a plugin system for bespoke client functionality; led investor briefings, sales meetings and client workshops

Jan 2008 — May 2011- Led a team of up to 10; authored an industry-tailored app framework and shipped ~two dozen apps on it over three years
- Built Pharmacy4u, a "Shopify for pharmacies" platform that brought hundreds of pharmacies and dozens of brands online
- Shipped App Store–featured apps and sites for major music artists (Chugg Entertainment, Kylie Minogue, Silverchair, Short Stack), driving exposure and downloads for label-promoted releases
- Grew the Short Stack fan app into a large community — the band ran in-app competitions, naming winners and giving out prizes through it
