Oct 2013 — Present- Served as primary technical advisor to product owners, heads of engineering and CTOs, delivering dozens of projects across aviation, insurance, healthcare, government and retail
- Architected cloud-native systems sustaining thousands of requests per second — flight-operations software streamlining 80%+ of the national carrier's flights
- Built AI products for healthcare and insurance that saved thousands of hours of manual review, pre-filling and summarising content for expert review and sign-off
- Shaped and delivered the solution for the ATO's digital services API gateway, integrating Google Apigee into federal government systems

Apr 2026 — Jul 2026- Owned major product updates end-to-end — shipped 3 new video models, optimised self-hosted ones, and rebuilt part of the product to cut its error rate from ~90% to well under 1%

CTO & Board Member, Floktu
May 2011 — Oct 2013- As a board member, led the pivot off a failing rapid-app-generation model onto a true SaaS model — event content + ticketing — which went on to process tens of millions of dollars across thousands of events
- Recruited and led a team of 5; ran fundraising, investor briefings and board reporting alongside the technical strategy
- Led sales meetings and client workshops; won and ran all corporate hospitality ticketing for the Australian Rugby Union and booth sales for Good Food Month
- Engineered a plugin system that let the team deliver bespoke client functionality without forking the platform

Jan 2008 — May 2011- Technical lead for a team of up to 10; authored an industry-tailored app framework and shipped ~two dozen apps on it over three years
- Built Pharmacy4u, a "Shopify for pharmacies" platform that brought hundreds of pharmacies and dozens of brands online
- Shipped App Store–featured apps and sites for major music artists (Chugg Entertainment, Kylie Minogue, Silverchair, Short Stack), driving exposure and downloads for label-promoted releases
